Could terrorism be killed?

Let me start my topic of discussion by quoting few examples...Russia is facing Chechen terrorists, Srilanka has LTTE to trouble them, Israel calls its attacks on Palestine and Lebanon as the fight against terrorism and we Indians are struggling against LeT, Ulfa, Bodo etc. Terrorism has very deep roots. The war seems far from getting over. I wonder what could be the solution to this cancer.

Let’s take India’s Example:-

1. We are quite offensive in J&K. Our army has killed numerous terrorists but everyday they grow in numbers.

2. We have tried peace talks with Pakistan, hurriyat in order to sort out the havoc but it also seems to fail all the times.

3. We tried diplomatic pressure but still despite the fact that Americans has also warned Pak. to stop there support to terrorists still we find out that there are training camps still active in POK.

So what else can we do....

We can't expect our government to surrender but what other alternatives do we have...

A military build up on border to put some pressure on our neighbors well we have also tried that (remember Indian offensive after parliament attack).But to me this certainly is not a solution because any military action may lead to consequent nuclear war

But the question still remains what should we do?

To me one alternative is to hit these camps and terrorists at there root levels...Why don’t our intelligence, miltary and burecracy decides to launch some secret attacks on terrorist infrastructures...
well if Pakistan army personnel could intrude Indian territory as terrorists why can't we do the same...and hit them hard...so as to make them know that even they are not safe(what if they are staying in Pakistan...they are still at our mercy).
